DISCLAIMER, BOOKING AGREEMENT & PERSONAL SAFETY POLICY
Please Read Carefully Before Booking
Effective Date: Upon publication and acceptance.
Welcome! Thank you for your interest in spending time with Winter. My goal is to provide a pleasant, comfortable, respectful, and enjoyable companionship experience. To maintain a safe environment for everyone, the following terms, conditions, and policies apply to every inquiry, booking, meeting, appointment, and interaction.
By submitting a booking request, making a payment, or proceeding with an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES & LIMITATION OF AGREEMENT
All bookings are strictly for reserved time and the specific companionship services mutually agreed upon in advance.
Services may include:
Social companionship and conversation.
Dinner dates and social outings.
Attendance at special events.
Friendly personal interaction.
Consensual adult-oriented telephone or video conversations.
IMPORTANT: Payment is exclusively for my time and the agreed-upon service. Payment does not purchase, guarantee, or entitle anyone to sexual activity, intercourse, physical contact, intimacy, or any other personal favor.
I am under no obligation to participate in any activity that makes me uncomfortable or that I have not expressly agreed to.
Consent is voluntary, specific, and can be withdrawn at any time.
2. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
I maintain a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for inappropriate, threatening, abusive, coercive, or unlawful conduct.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Forced intercourse or attempted sexual assault.
Unwanted sexual touching or physical advances.
Harassment, intimidation, stalking, or threatening behavior.
Foul, abusive, degrading, or disrespectful language directed toward me.
Coercion, manipulation, or attempts to pressure me into unwanted activities.
Refusal to respect personal boundaries or a clearly communicated NO.
Physical aggression, assault, or threats of violence.
Attempts to restrict my movement, prevent me from leaving, or hold me against my will.
Unauthorized recording, photographing, or distribution of private conversations or images.
Attempts to bring unauthorized individuals into an appointment.
Any other conduct that compromises my safety, dignity, or personal well-being.
NO MEANS NO. CONSENT IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
3. RIGHT TO REFUSE, CANCEL OR TERMINATE
I expressly reserve the right to refuse, decline, cancel, suspend, or immediately terminate any booking or appointment:
Before an appointment begins.
Upon arrival or during the screening process.
At any point during an appointment.
During an outing or scheduled engagement.
Following an appointment, including declining future bookings.
This right may be exercised if I believe a person has violated these policies, misrepresented their identity, displayed inappropriate behavior, made me uncomfortable, or created an unsafe or potentially unsafe environment.
I do not need to remain in an uncomfortable or threatening situation to satisfy a booking agreement.
No individual is entitled to continued access to my time, presence, company, or personal space after I have withdrawn my consent.
4. SEXUAL ASSAULT, COERCION & CRIMINAL CONDUCT
Any attempt to force, pressure, threaten, intimidate, or physically compel me into intercourse or any unwanted sexual activity will be treated as a serious violation of this agreement and may constitute criminal conduct.
In such circumstances, I reserve the right to:
Immediately end the appointment.
Leave the premises or seek assistance.
Contact emergency services or local law enforcement.
Report the incident to the appropriate authorities.
Preserve relevant communications, booking records, and other evidence.
Cooperate fully with any criminal investigation.
Seek available civil or criminal legal remedies.
I will not negotiate my personal safety, tolerate assault, or remain silent about criminal conduct.
Where appropriate, I reserve the right to pursue all lawful remedies available to me.
BOOKING ME DOES NOT GIVE YOU OWNERSHIP, CONTROL, OR AUTHORITY OVER ME.
5. IDENTITY VERIFICATION & NO BLIND DATES
For my personal safety, identity verification is mandatory.
All prospective clients must provide a current photograph of themselves during the booking and screening process.
I DO NOT ACCEPT BLIND DATES.
I reserve the right to decline any booking request if an individual refuses to provide reasonable identification or verification, provides misleading information, or cannot satisfy my screening requirements.
I also reserve the right to decline anyone whose conduct or communications raise legitimate safety concerns.
6. RESPECT, COMMUNICATION & PERSONAL CONDUCT
Mutual respect is a requirement, not an optional courtesy.
Please communicate respectfully before, during, and after our scheduled time together.
I welcome humor, conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere. However, I will not tolerate:
Verbal abuse.
Unwanted sexual remarks or advances.
Aggressive demands.
Disrespectful treatment.
Attempts to intimidate or control me.
Repeated violations of communicated boundaries.
A booking may be terminated immediately if these expectations are violated.
7. PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Payments are made in exchange for reserved time and the agreed-upon companionship service only.
Payment does not create an obligation to provide physical contact, sexual activity, or any service that was not expressly agreed upon.
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and refund matters will be handled according to the applicable booking terms disclosed before payment and applicable law.
If an appointment is terminated because of inappropriate, threatening, abusive, or unlawful conduct, I reserve the right to pursue any lawful remedies available concerning payment and damages. No provision in this policy overrides applicable consumer protection or other legal requirements.
8. PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY & RECORDINGS
Personal privacy is important.
Neither party should photograph, record, publish, distribute, or share private communications, images, or recordings without the other party's permission, except where disclosure is legally required or necessary to report or document suspected unlawful conduct.
I reserve the right to retain relevant booking communications and information for legitimate safety, documentation, and legal purposes.
I will not promise absolute confidentiality where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address an emergency or suspected criminal activity.
9. GIFTS & PERSONAL PROPERTY
Gifts are entirely voluntary and are never a condition of booking or receiving companionship.
Any gifts sent to my designated P.O. Box are appreciated but do not create an entitlement to additional time, physical affection, intimacy, or special treatment.
I am not responsible for gifts that are prohibited by law, unsafe, improperly addressed, or otherwise undeliverable.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF FUTURE BOOKINGS
I reserve the right to accept or decline any prospective client, invitation, or future booking at my discretion, subject to applicable law.
A previous appointment does not guarantee future availability or acceptance.
Mutual chemistry, comfort, trust, and respect are important to any continued association.
11. GENERAL DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
This policy establishes the personal boundaries and conditions under which I am willing to accept companionship bookings.
Nothing in this agreement should be interpreted as:
A waiver of my personal rights.
Consent to unwanted physical or sexual contact.
Permission to disregard applicable laws.
A guarantee of any particular personal or romantic outcome.
A restriction on anyone's right to report suspected unlawful conduct.
All parties remain responsible for their own lawful conduct.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree that:
You understand that you are paying for reserved time only.
You understand that companionship does not guarantee intimacy or sexual activity.
You understand that consent may be withdrawn at any time.
You agree to respect all personal and physical boundaries.
You understand that inappropriate, threatening, coercive, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate termination of an appointment.
You understand that law enforcement may be contacted if circumstances warrant.
You agree to review and follow all published booking rules and regulations.

I am a woman who values kindness, laughter, genuine connections, and beautiful experiences. I welcome people who appreciate good company and understand the importance of treating others with dignity.
My kindness should never be mistaken for weakness, and my willingness to spend time with someone should never be mistaken for permission to cross my boundaries.
I deserve to feel safe, respected, and comfortable just as much as you do.
If you cannot respect these simple expectations, please DO NOT BOOK ME.
I reserve the right to protect myself, my privacy, my personal space, and my well-being.
